Creating an AI Business for a Digital Agency
Organizations often face challenges in assessing their Power Platform adoption maturity due to time-consuming manual interviews and inconsistent evaluations. The project focused on developing an AI system to automate the assessment process by conducting employee interviews, evaluating maturity levels, and generating real-time dashboards.
The students built an agentic AI system capable of automating Power Platform adoption maturity assessments, producing accurate capability scores from interview transcripts, and generating end-to-end real-time dashboards with minimal human intervention.
